She earned her degree in Remedial Massage Therapy from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, British Columbia. To deepen her ability to guide others on their wellness journeys, Michelle also became a certified yoga teacher and meditation instructor.
Committed to lifelong learning, Michelle consistently exceeds the continuing education requirements set by the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA). Her post-graduate training includes advanced orthopedic massage, myofascial release, deep tissue techniques, hot stone massage, and approaches tailored to creating a safe, supportive treatment environment.
